i was asked by a friend at my gym to make a card for his wife, Han, so i used a design i previously used for mother's day and made him a similar card.
the flowers are from the mini tattered floral strip die using pink and blue whitewash coredinations card and some distress inking.
the background is a card from Once Upon a Time paper stash under a piece of mountboard covered in musical tissue tape which was washed over with white, pearl and peri dabber then i stamped the horologie background in vermillion archival and dabbed off the excess when wet. after heat setting it i put it through a large cuttlebug script folder, and swiped the raised text with grey stazon ink. i edged it with platinum stickles.
the name plate is written with the upon a time strip die and infilled with sepia glossy accents.
because of the dimension i am giving this in a box.
Beautiful as always Tony. Reminds me that I should use my Tattered flowers die more.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Tony!!! I'm not sure how you can remember all of the 'chemistry' behind this but I'm in admiration of it all & deeply appreciate you sharing.
ReplyDeleteNice card Tony. I just started playing around with my tattered flowers die. I have to perfect them as of yet. Visit my blog anytime. I am now a follower.
